Brighton Business Show: How To Have Honest Conversations

Back in May this year, we were invited to share our thoughts on the Brighton Business Show. The main topic of conversation was about having honest conversations in the workplace, generally when people think about having an honest conversation, they think of something negative. However, there absolutely can be good honest conversions that can praise and encourage colleagues.


During Sally's long career journey, which included managing over 130 people, she's picked up a lot of insight about how best to communicate with other employees in an honest and kind way.
